OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

 

We are currently looking for an energetic, motivated person to join our team!  The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment, love the outdoors, have 2+ years of retail experience, and have some familiarity with the Adidas brand.  This role is a combination of retail sales and admin support to the executive team.  This is a great entry-level position for someone seeking diverse experience in the apparel industry.  

Duties include:

  • Retail sales & Customer service

  • Inventory stocking and processing

  • Light cleaning

  • Shipping of online/phone orders

  • Responsibility for store opening and closing procedures

  • Administrative support including answering phones, vendor relations, AR/AP, some reporting, project coordination, customer service and other misc. administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs

  • High School Diploma

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

  • Graphic designs skills a plus

This is a part-time position with a maximum of 30 hrs per week.  There is some flexibility in the schedule for the right candidate.  Email resume and cover letter to info@triosportswear.com
